All items are shipped within 2 business days of the completed order unless otherwise specified for personalised items and/or preorder items.

Items are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle and shipping time frames can be viewed on the sender's website.

REFUNDS

☆ Faulty/damaged products

☆ Incorrect items provided (option to return for replacement/refund or keep product and receive 50% refund)

☆ refunds will not be offered for change of mind or incorrect sizing selections (please read products description carefully). Due to health and safety, we are unable to refund clothing that has been removed from its original packaging but we may offer an exchange if the product is still packaged and tagged
